Supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning, training and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment, medical instruments for Regional Medical Multi-Profile Centers
The Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development through KfW German Development Bank for the costs of modernization of Regional Medical Multi-profile Centers (Phase III). The funds are intended to finance the supply, delivery, testing and commissioning, training and maintenance of medical and non-medical equipment for the Regional Medical Multi-profile Centers included in the project.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan hereby invites eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the supply of the following items of equipment:

Bidders may submit a bid either for one, several or all Lots. The Bid for a particular Lot shall contain all Lot items and 100% of the quantities specified for each Lot item. Bids will be evaluated, and contracts will be awarded separately for the Lots.
Competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure with the qualification requirements specified in the KfW Procurement Manual ("KfW Procurement Manual") using a one-stage, one-envelope method and open to all bidders from eligible countries https://www.kfw-entwicklungsbank.de/International-financing/KfW-Development-Bank/Publications-Videos/Publication-series/Guidelines-and-contracts/.
Qualification requirements include technical capacity, financial capacity, experience and technical capability. Additional details are provided in Section III of the bidding documents.
A complete electronic set of the Bidding Documents in English shall be made available to interested Bidders upon written request to these e-mail addresses: yusupov.otabek@ssv.uz, dxashimov@jpib.uz and mnigmatov28@gmail.com.
The request shall include the name of the project, name of the tender, full name of the Bidder, country of origin and e-mail address of the interested Bidder.
Bidding documents received from the Purchaser shall not be subject to any third party.
The language of the bids shall be English.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain additional information and familiarize themselves with the tender documentation at the Center for the Development of Professional Qualification of Medical Workers (formerly TashIUV) 3rd floor, office 9 at the address below from 10.00 to 17.00 hours (Tashkent time).
Bids shall be delivered to the addresses below, not later than 15:00 hours (Tashkent time) 05.04.2023. All Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security, the amount of which shall be the equivalent of not less than the following:
