The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan has received financing from KfW toward the cost of the Modernization of Medical Multi-Profile Centre’s of the Regions (Phase I&II) [BMZ No 2009 67 026 / 2011 65 943; BMZ No 2009 70 350 / 2011 70 133] [BMZ No 2013 65 907 / 2013 70 097], and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Design-Build of the Solar Hybrid Power System for the Laboratory and Surgery buildings of the TB Hospital in Samarkand.
The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan now invites sealed Prequalification’s from interested and eligible Applicants for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of the Solar Hybrid Power System for the Laboratory and Surgery buildings of the TB Hospital in Samarkand.
Bidding will be conducted by means of a National Competitive Bidding procedure with prequalification as specified in the KfW’s Procurement Guidelines (“Guidelines”).

Prequalification’s must be delivered to the address indicated in the clause ITB 22.1 of the bidding document on or before 11 June 2024, 10:30 AM (Tashkent time). Late prequalification’s will be rejected.
In a public opening session, prequalification’s will be opened in the presence of the Applicants’ designated representatives.
